Outgram ("the Board", "we", "us") is a public, paid leaderboard. Anyone may pay a fee to display their name, an Instagram handle, and the amount paid, ranked by total amount paid. Rank on this Board has no effect on any account on Instagram itself.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a payment. You confirm that any Instagram handle you submit belongs to you or that you have the right to reference it publicly.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Razorpay and/or Stripe). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. All amounts are voluntary fees for a listing position, not a purchase of goods, an investment, or a wager on any uncertain outcome.
We do not guarantee that any position on the Board is permanent, that the Board will remain online indefinitely, or that a listing will result in any particular outcome for your Instagram account.
We may remove or edit any listing at our discretion — for example if it contains illegal content, impersonates someone without authorization, or violates these terms — without providing a refund.
The Board is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Board.

When you take a spot, we collect and publicly display the name, Instagram handle, and amount you enter. We do not collect or store payment card, UPI, or bank account details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay and/or Stripe under their own privacy policies.
Submitted name, handle, and amount are shown publicly on the Board to anyone who visits, for as long as the listing remains on the Board.
To request removal of your listing, contact us using the details below. Removing a listing does not entitle you to a refund.
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and Stripe. Review their respective privacy policies for how they handle your payment information. The name, handle, and amount you submit are stored using Supabase, a database hosting provider, solely to display and maintain the Board.

A listing is delivered instantly and in full the moment your payment succeeds — your name, handle, and amount appear on the Board immediately. Because delivery is instant and complete, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for being outbid, for changing your mind, or for any reason other than those below.
We will issue a refund if you were charged due to a duplicate transaction, a technical error on our end, or an unauthorized payment on your account. Contact us within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference to request one.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay or Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Outgram is a digital service — nothing is physically shipped. On successful payment, your listing is created and displayed on the Board immediately (typically within seconds). If your listing does not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us using the details below.
